It was an honor to be interviewed alongside my NASA HERA analog astronaut crewmates for the Thought Leader Series hosted by Space Center Houston. We share what it was really like to live inside a spaceship mockup for 45 days as we simulated a long-duration space mission to Mars. The main takeaway? You can adapt to more than you think and coffee makes people happy!

The NOSB is an academic competition about ocean sciences for High School students.
